I am an award-winning artist and writer.

I choreograph. I write. I paint. I was one of the creators of the original production of the play, Purple Breasts, (one woman’s struggle with breast cancer) which had full-page coverage in the NY Times, and won numerous awards. I was associate producer of the film based on the stage play.

My short fiction has appeared in The Conglomerate: Online Journal of Conglomerated Art, Open: The Journal of Arts and Letters, RiverSedge: A Journal of Art and Literature. And, two — count 'em — two stories published in Gris-Gris Magazine, Online Journal of Literature, Culture, and the Arts from Nicholls State University in Louisiana.

I have received numerous Effie Lee Morris awards from the WNBA-SF Chapter. In 2022, I won BOTH first AND third places— imagine if I had entered three pieces! I am longlisted for The 2022 Page Turner Awards in Great Britain.

I am an alumna of the Community of Writers, Napa Valley Writer’s Conference, and Lit Camp. I have taken workshops from San Miguel de Allende Writers' Conference, Howard Norman, Lan Samantha Chang, Janet Fitch, Sands Hall, Patty Meyer, Ann Randolph, Laura Davis, Laura Munson, Janis Newman, and Ellen Sussman. I am a member of International Thriller Writers, National Women's Book Association, and Women's Fiction Writers Association.

I'm as good as my word.

I study people. What keeps us all going in our ordinary lives. The ghosts that exist within and without.

How lives can change in an instant or be changing over time without one’s consent — A piece of beach glass, worn at the edges, but still full of light and color.
